Leading Change Collaborative Forum

Each month, compelling topics are featured that are designed to encourage provocative discussion. Avoca Subject Matter Experts facilitate panels representing all appropriate stakeholder groups. The focus is on providing practical and actionable support and having immediate “peer-to-peer” benchmarking about how other organizations are managing the topic or question at hand, all while ensuring prioritization of patient safety, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.

Meetings are held monthly or quarterly to share ideas and practical approaches to address challenges unique to each community. Members determine priority topics and share knowledge through case study presentations, panel sessions, and facilitated brainstorming sessions.

Leadership Advisory Boards

AQC Members guide the development of AQC work product by reviewing documents and providing input and feedback. These topic-driven collaborations meet quarterly and are open to all Members.

Metric Development Work Groups

Groups meet with a facilitator on a monthly basis to develop new and/or update existing metric toolkits. The group follows a proprietary Metric Development Framework to define metrics that answer important key performance questions.

Monthly meetings enable Members to learn about metric toolkits available in the AQC Knowledge Center.


Small Group Workshops

Practical advice for implementing AQC leading practices is offered in a small, interactive forum. AQC Subject Matter Experts provide valuable information and facilitate discussion.
